The Florida Treehouse Swinger Party is located on gated private land that is well off the main road and has plenty of parking. On party nights, you will find the gate open and the parking is self-explanatory. If you have already done your RSVP for the party, just walk right in through the front door and you will find the check-in area right there.

The main house at the Florida Treehouse Swinger Party is where your night will begin. The house and the rest of the facilities are very clean and you will not feel sketched out by touching anything like you can at some parties.
The main house includes the check-in area, a kitchen area that is full of snacks brought by fellow swingers, a seating area right off the kitchen, a pool table room that gets a lot of use, curtained play beds right off the pool table room, two bathrooms, a private playroom with two beds and a door that can be shut (30-minute time limit on this room), and a group playroom with multiple beds.

The Florida Treehouse Pool Area
The Florida Treehouse has an amazing screened-in pool area that is a lot of fun. Remember that this party is clothing optional and many opt not to wear clothing. This area is where we spend most of the evening meeting some other sexy swingers.
This area features a heated pool and hot tub for swingers to enjoy. There is no better way to meet people and get the party started than sitting naked with other swingers in the hot tub.
There is some patio-style seating in this area along with some other amenities. You will find an area that has cups, ice, water, and some mixing supplies like soda. Additionally, there is a cubby area where you can store a change of clothes and any alcohol that you bring with you.
The BDSM/Kink area of the Florida Treehouse
Right off the pool area of the Florida Treehouse is a room that we call the BDSM/Kink area. Not sure if it has an official name but you can kind of figure out what goes on in here. This room features several beds and we observed some relatively mild spanking and bondage here on the night that we visited.
This room did, however, remain fairly busy throughout the night and they do have some BDSM-themed events. There is also a bathroom and show area located off from this room.
The Actual Florida Treehouse
What would the Florida Treehouse Swinger Party be without an actual treehouse? In the backyard off the pool area is this amazing treehouse. You can climb a set of stairs to access the treehouse which consists of two small little playrooms at the top.
